The installation of the headlight dimmer switch requires users to secure the two claws before fixing it into place with a clamp system and connector attachment. Start by inserting the windshield wiper switch through the claw while connecting both its connectors. After mounting the spiral cable it is time to install the steering column cover yet another assembly step follows next with the spiral cable. After proper adjustment of the spiral cable continue with assembly of the steering wheel along with the steering pad installation. Follow the sequence by connecting the cable to the negative battery terminal with a torque of 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Then check the SRS warning light.
