  A: The first step to install the HVAC compressor requires a gradual helium gas release from the service valve while draining specific oil amounts through the marked vents until the required oil volume reaches (90 (+15) cc (3 (+0.51) fl.oz.) in the new compressor) minus the oil amount remaining in the replaced compressor. Use ND-OIL8 or similar type of compressor oil yet take care not to exceed the optimal amount since extra oil could result in refrigeration breakdown. Apply a "TORX" socket wrench (E8) to screw the two stud bolts until they reach 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf) torque. Subsequently apply two bolts and two nuts to the specified torque level of 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf) while maintaining the correct tightening sequence.
