  A: Execute the installation of the cooler condenser assembly by applying the 2 claws while placing it into the vehicle space while taking care to avoid condenser or radiator damage. To install a new condenser with an attached cooler you should add 40 cc (1.35 fl. oz.) of ND-OIL8 or equivalent compressor oil. Following pipe and cooler condenser connection removal of the attached vinyl tape, apply ND-OIL8 or equivalent compressor oil in sufficient amounts to new O-rings and tube joint surfaces before installing O-rings onto the air conditioning tube. The air conditioning tube installation requires users to apply a torques of 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf) on the bolt that connects the tube to the cooler condenser. We should remove the vinyl tape from the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose before adding new O-ring lubrication using compressor oil and attaching the O-ring correctly to the discharge hose while installing a bolt that needs threading to 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Install the upper radiator support subassembly and all related components including No. 1 cooler cover then the hood lock assembly followed by upper radiator support absorber and finishing with front bumper cover. Conclude the process by checking and tightening the hood before conducting the refrigerant addition and running the engine as well as leak testing for any remaining refrigerant breaks.
