How to remove the exhaust pipe on 2010 Scion xB?

The first step in removing the 2AZ-FE engine exhaust pipe begins with engine under cover removal of the No.1 unit. After heating the oxygen sensor you can take it out of the vehicle. Detach the tail exhaust pipe assembly by removing 2 bolts and the No. 4 exhaust pipe support and then the exhaust pipe gasket. The tail pipe baffle extraction requires a plastic hammer to obtain even tapping for baffle removal. The removal of the No. 2 center exhaust pipe assembly requires unfastening 2 bolts and 2 compression springs after which you can extract the No. 4 exhaust pipe support and the exhaust pipe gasket. The following step requires removing the front floor center brace through bolt extraction of the four fasteners. Remove the center exhaust pipe assembly by disconnecting its 2 bolts and 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports together with the exhaust pipe gasket. Remove the front exhaust pipe assembly through the process of removing its two bolts while also discarding the two compression springs.
