How to install the PCV Valve on 2010 Scion xB?

Before installing the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve for the 2AZ-FE emission control system, you need to apply Toyota genuine adhesive 1324 or three bond 1324 or an equivalent to 2 or 3 threads on the ventilation valve. Install the PCV valve with a 22 mm deep socket wrench by tightening it to 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf) before connecting the ventilation hose. The installation of the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly must be followed by leak inspection.
