The center Air Bag sensor assembly requires installation using three bolts while applying torque of 18 Nm (178 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf). A new center Air Bag sensor assembly must be used if any structural or cosmetic damage exists on the assembly. Determine that the SRS wiring remains free from compression and interference from other automobile components then make sure no individuals remain inside the car upon initial ignition following SRS replacement. Attentively join the Air Bag connector to protect the wire harness and confirm correct waterproof sheet position and complete absence of loose assembly parts.
