  A: The first step to access the front wiper motor requires removing both windshield wiper arm covers before stripping the front wiper arm head cap. Detach the front wiper arm with its blade assembly on the left-hand side by removing the nut and repeat the same step on the right-hand side. Use a screwdriver to unfasten the seven clips which enables you to take off the hood to cowl top seal. Disengage the clip and 14 claws respectively to extract the center No. 1 cowl top ventilator louver while using the same procedure to separate the left-hand cowl top ventilator louver by removing its clip and 8 claws. The procedure starts by disconnecting the connector followed by unbolted removal of two bolts that permits taking out of the windshield wiper motor and link assembly. A taped screwdriver tip should be used to disconnect the rod that extends from the crank arm pivot of the windshield wiper motor assembly.
