  A: You need to remove the windshield wiper arm cover before starting the front wiper motor work. The wiper motor must be turned to automatic stop before you take off the nut and detach the wiper arm & blade assembly on the right front side. Perform identical steps for the left-hand FR wiper components by removing their mounting nut. The hood to cowl top seal can be taken off after you remove 8 clips with a clip remover. Separate the cowl top ventilator louver RH by uninstalling its clip and releasing 5 claws before doing the same procedure for the cowl top ventilator louver LH. Unplug the connector then detach the two bolts to extract the windshield wiper motor unit. Slide it to the passenger side and disconnect the rubber pin attachment. Also use a screwdriver to free both times when disengaging the rod from its crank arm position in the windshield wiper motor assembly. Then remove the 2 torx fasteners using a torx socket wrench to take out the complete unit.
