How to install the ignition switch assembly on 2009 Scion xD?

At first secure the 2 claws onto the ignition switch assembly then place it into position before connecting the connector. The screw placement for the steering column cover starts by inserting it at a specified position followed by turning the wheel left to add another screw at a second specified point before returning the wheel right to install the last screw at its designated spot.
