Start by discarding the engine under cover at the left-hand side of the vehicle. Disposable service starts with transmission control cable assembly separation through removal of the retaining nut to disconnect the control cable from the control shaft lever followed by disassembly of the control cable from the control cable bracket through the clip. You need to proceed by disconnecting the assembly connector followed by unfastening the nut and washer and control shaft lever before prying out the lock plate to unfasten the manual valve shaft nut then finish by taking out the 2 assembly bolts.
