  • Q: How to remove the FRONT SEATBACK HEATER (w/ Seat Heater System) for the LH side on 2008 Toyota Tundra?
    A: Protective gloves should be worn before trying to take out the FRONT SEATBACK HEATER (w/ Seat Heater System) for the LH side because the seat frame and adjuster have sharp areas that can cause injury. Inicio la repair process by taking out the FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH. The process requires starting with the SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB LH then moving to the RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB LH. Start the seat replacement process by discarding the FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH and the FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH. Proceed with the disassembly by removing the LH INNER FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD. The process to remove the FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH starts with disconnecting the seat heater connector then detaching the wire harness clamp and hook followed by hog rings and seatback cover wires extraction. The seat frame requires deinstallation of the seatback cover bracket while detaching its claws and removing headrest supports allowing hog ring removal of pad and seatback cover. As the final step of the procedure remove the SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER LH before completing with the FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH removal.
