    A: The first step for 2GR-FE starter assembly installation requires 2 bolts to be tightened to 37 Nm (380 kgf-cm, 26 ft-lbf) while also connecting the starter connector followed by terminal nut installation and cap application torqued to 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). You must install the No. 1 air cleaner inlet by using a bolt and torquing it to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf). The air cleaner bracket should be separated by removing its two bolts while tightening them to 7.8 Nm (80 kgf-cm, 69 in-lbf). Install the air cleaner case sub-assembly after which you should add the air cleaner filter element followed by the air cleaner cap sub-assembly. Follow the sequence of installing the No. 2 air cleaner inlet along with the battery to finish the installation task.
