You must install a new O-ring to the oil cooler after which you can install the oil cooler assembly using the union bolt then torque it to 68 Nm (693 kgf-cm, 50 ft-lbf). Utilize the bolt and two clamps together with four clips to install the two water by-pass hoses following 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf) torque. The service requires installation of the exhaust manifold sub-assembly LH along with the No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator followed by the No. 2 manifold stay.
