How to remove the rear wiper motor on 2008 Toyota Sequoia?

Start the rear wiper motor removal process by removing the power back door rod when the back door has power functionality. The procedure starts with rear wiper motor by removing the back door center garnish and then proceeding to unfasten the back door side garnish from both right and left sides. The first step involves removing the back door strap cover while also taking away the back door pull strap. Next in order remove both the back door trim board assembly alongside the back door service hole cover. Detach the claw piece to get rid of the rear wiper arm head cap followed by removing the rear wiper blade assembly by unscrewing the nut. The rear wiper motor should be separated by first removing the clamp and disconnecting the connector followed by the removal of 3 bolts before taking out the motor unit without attempting to extract the bolts which remain permanently attached to the motor assembly. Finish the operation by taking out the rear wiper motor grommet.
