    A: Begin the Knock Sensor installation by appropriate placement of the sensor and its nut followed by a torque value of 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). Next, connect the sensor connector. Begin by placing the intake manifold insulator onto the cylinder block then position a new gasket into the intake manifold before installation of the 5 bolts and 2 nuts with a torque value of 30 Nm (305 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). The installation of the intake manifold requires five bolts and two nuts which should be torqued to 30 Nm (305 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). The union attaches to the check valve hose at the vacuum hose clamp while the wire harness clamp goes in and the camshaft timing oil control valve connector joins. Lastly, attach the hose leading to the brake booster with this union. The heater outlet hose must link to the water bypass pipe and heater radiator assembly before the heater water inlet hose joins the cylinder head path through the heater radiator unit and with a clamp to protect the hose. Begin by placing the fuel tube alongside the fuel delivery pipe then put on the throttle body and the air cleaner cap. The cable should be connected to the negative battery terminal then engine coolant should be added before inspecting for engine coolant leakage and fuel leakage before installing the No. 1 engine cover.
