  A: The front lower ball joint assembly installation requires attachment of the lower arm to the ball joint with 2 bolts and a nut while applying torque to 92 Nm (938 kgf-cm, 68 ft-lbf). After applying 133 Nm (1,360 kgf-cm, 98 ft-lbf) of torque to the lower ball joint-steering knuckle connection with its nut, use a new cotter pin; align the cotter pin holes first then torque the nut an extra 60°. Install the steering knuckle with the axle hub then connect the front suspension lower No. 1 arm sub-assembly along with the tie rod end sub-assembly. Place the front disc while you install the front disc brake cylinder assembly LH and following step with the front axle hub nut. Install the front speed sensor LH along with the front wheel after tightening it to 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf). Front wheel alignment checks and adjustments should be performed at this time.
