Heating the vehicle components including emblem and rear body name plate and back door name plate with a heat light is necessary before removal. Ensure components do not exceed safe heating levels. Protective tape should be applied first before inserting piano wire into the emblem's area while maintaining the boss position in mind. The process of removing the emblem starts by wrapping wooden blocks to both ends of the piano wire while using it to remove double-sided tape from the emblem before gradually lifting it without scratching the vehicle body. Protective tape should be applied to the rear body name plate before inserting a piano wire between it and the vehicle body for handle attachment which can be used to remove the double-sided tape allowing extraction of the rear body name plate. The same method should be used for back door name plate removal through protective tape application followed by piano wire insertion and handle tying before wire tension to remove the tape leads to back door name plate removal.
