The installation process of the Canister Purge Valve for 2GR-FE emission control requires tightening the purge VSV bolt to a torque of 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). Follow the harness clamp attachment and proceed to install the two vacuum hoses along with the purge VSV connector. The V-bank cover sub-assembly needs installation last.
