How to remove the rear Sway Bar Kit on 2008 Toyota Avalon?

Starting the work on rear sway bar kit removal requires wheel removal first followed by the removal of the center exhaust pipe assembly. First remove the nut on the left-hand side rear sway bar link assembly before disconnecting it from the rear sway bar kit. In case the ball joint rotates with the nut use a 5 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud. Maintain the identical procedure for the right-hand link. First detach the No. 2 rear sway bar bracket when you remove its 2 bolts then proceed to take away the No. 1 rear sway bar bracket whose 2 bolts need to be removed too. To finish this step remove first the rear sway bar kit together with its sway bar bushing before taking out the rear sway bar bushings that fasten the bar in place. The first step removes all existing gaskets from the pipe followed by a replacement of any deteriorated bolts or nuts.
