How to remove the rear wiper motor on 2008 Toyota 4Runner?

The removal of the rear wiper motor begins by taking off the back door trim board and the back door service hole cover LH. Remove the rear wiper arm head cap by unclipping its four claws followed by disabling the nut to take away the wiper arm. Then remove the rear wiper motor grommet from the device. The 2 grommets together with the 3 bolts need to be removed to take out the rear wiper motor assembly. Greatly apply a clip remover tool to detach the clamp before you disconnect the connector to take out the rear wiper motor assembly completely.
