How to install the rear wiper motor assembly on 2008 Toyota 4Runner?

The rear wiper motor assembly installation requires securing the assembly to 3 bolts while tightening all bolts to 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf). The next procedure requires you to mount the clamp while connecting the connector. Position the rear wiper motor grommet so that its position mark faces in an upwards direction. Before cleaning the rear wiper pivot serration with a wire brush, use a round file or equivalent tool to remove the serration part. Connect the rear wiper motor assembly to automatic stop while positioning slider at "A" then fasten the wheel and wiper mixture with its attach nut. Use the slider to set "B" and use a torque wrench to screw the nut until it reaches 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf) while keeping the arm hinge stable with your hand. Operate the rear wiper while using water or washer fluid to check the window wiping while ensuring the wiper stays clear of the vehicle body. To finish install the back door service hole cover located on the left side of the vehicle.
