How to install the park/neutral safety switch assembly onto the manual valve lever shaft on 2008 Scion xD?

To install the park/neutral position switch assembly, provisionally install the bolts, replace the lock plate, and tighten the manual valve shaft nut. Install the control shaft lever, align the groove, and tighten the bolts. Connect the connector, install the transmission control cable, and inspect the shift lever position. Finally, install the engine under cover LH.
