Without union nut wrenches the correct torque is 14 Nm (144 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). A torque wrench with a 300 mm (11.8 in.) fulcrum length and a 22 mm (0.866 in.) union nut wrench set parallel against the torque wrench allows users to reach the prescribed torque value. After filling the reservoir with brake fluid technicians should bleed master cylinder and brake line and brake actuator while using Vehicle Stability Control (VSC). To finish completing the task you must check that brake reservoir contains sufficient fluid while verifying brake fluid leaks do not exist. The final installation step includes torquing the rear wheel to a value of 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).
