    A: The first step for rear brake flexible hose installation is to fasten it with a bolt along with a new clip while applying a torque of 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf). The process of front brake flexible hose installation requires marking the identification mark toward the vehicle's inside and total clip insertion without hose twinning while positioning. The two brake tubes require a torque of 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) without the union nut wrench yet 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) with it for installation on the flexible hose. Keep the tubes attached by holding the hose with a wrench following this procedure. To attain this torque utilize a torque wrench having a 300 mm (11.8 in.) fulcrum along with a union nut wrench equipped with a 22 mm (0.886 in.) fulcrum that should be positioned parallel to the torque wrench. Olloc the flexible hose to its position after placing the union bolt and new gasket and torque it to 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf) and finish the task by installing a new clip. You need a union nut wrench for attaching the brake tube to the flexible hose after placing it inside the wrench while maintaining the wrench using the same torque values. The installation process requires brake fluid in the reservoir followed by master cylinder and brake line and brake actuator bleeding and fluid reservoir level inspection and brake fluid leak checks. Reinstall the rear wheel by tightening it to 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).
