The installation of the front flexible brake hose requires a union bolt attached to both the new gasket where proper torque reaches 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf). Fasten the flexible hose properly to its designated lock hole on the disc brake cylinder. Use two bolts to fasten the absorber bracket to the flexible hose and speed sensor bracket in order to reach 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf) torque requirements while inserting the flexible hose initially. The new clip should be fitted to the front brake flexible hose after orientation of its identification mark facing away from the vehicle interior during hose untwisting. Fully push the clip until it reaches its maximum position. The installation requires placing the brake tube onto the flexible hose with a union nut wrench and maintaining hose contact by using another wrench; torque the connection to 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) through the nut wrench or 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) without it. A 300 mm (11.8 in.) torque wrench with a parallel union nut wrench of 22 mm (0.886 in.) fulcrum length allows the operator to reach a secure torque. During the final installation sequence, start by filling the brake fluid reservoir followed by cylinder and brake line bleeding until the actuator is also bled. Then check the reservoir fluid level, examine for fluid leaks before installing the front wheel with a torque of 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).

The installation of rear brake flexible hose begins by attaching it with the bolt and new clip under a torque of 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf). Installation of the front brake flexible hose starts by positioning its identification marker inside the vehicle while reducing hose twists until the clip achieves full seating. When using a union nut wrench to assemble the brake tubes and flexible hose you should use it to tighten with force of 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). However without the wrench apply 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf). The correct torque can be achieved if you use a torque wrench with 300 mm (11.8 in.) fulcrum length together with a parallel union nut wrench that has a 22 mm (0.886 in.) fulcrum length. Begin by installing the flexible hose on its union bolt with a new gasket where the torque reaches 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf) before secure a new clip in place. A union nut wrench should be used to attach the brake tube to the flexible hose as the wrench holds the hose steady then applying identical torque measurements. Installation process includes filling the reservoir with brake fluid followed by master cylinder bleeding then bleeding the brake line and bleeding the brake actuator and checking the reservoir fluid level together with brake fluid leak inspection and ending with rear wheel installation at 103 Nm torque (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).

Secure it with the union bolt and a new gasket, ensuring a torque of 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf).

Repeat the process of connecting the brake tube to the flexible hose using the union nut wrench, applying the same torque values as before.

Position the identification mark toward the vehicle's interior and minimize hose twisting, installing the clip fully.
