First disconnect fuel vapor feed hose No. 1 followed by the second fuel vapor feed hose No. 2. Start the service of Purge VSV by disconnecting its connector and unclipping the connection before detaching the VSV from its slot. The first step for installation involves putting in the purge VSV while engendering the clip to fix it in place with the VSV connector. Proceed by installing fuel vapor feed hose No. 2 and then fuel vapor feed hose No. 1. Reinstall the cable onto the negative battery terminal while tightening it to 5.4 Nm (55 kgf.cm, 48 in. lbs.).
