How to properly install and remove a Seat Belt for the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly on 2007 Toyota Corolla?

Start the Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly removal process by taking out the rear door scuff plates from right and left sides and continuing with the removal of both rear door opening trims and the rear seat cushion assembly. First remove the 2 bolts from the rear seat inner with center belt assembly on the right side then repeat the same process for the left side. First uninstall the right Child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly through its two bolt removal process. Install the child restraint seat anchor bracket RH with 2 bolts after torquing them to 18.1 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 13 in.lbf). Attach the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH by fastening a bolt that needs to be tightened to 41.2 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf) while making sure the anchor part avoids contact with the floor panel protrusion. Measure the belt's unlocking angle to verify it does not become locked within a 15 degrees range yet becomes locked at 45 degrees; change the rear seat belt assembly outer center in case this does not happen. The bolt serves to mount the rear seat belt assembly outer center while torquing it to 41.2 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf). Fasten the ELR to confirm quick pull-out engagement. A failed fastening test on the child restraint system requires a replacement of the rear seat belt assembly outer center because the belt cannot automatically retract to full length nor can it be extended and retracted when fully retracted. The last step involves installing the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH by torquing the bolt to 41.2 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf) and making sure the anchor part avoids the protruding part of the floor panel before placing the rear seat cushion assembly, rear door opening trims, and rear door scuff plates on both sides.
