For a 2WD vehicle installation of the propeller shaft assembly begins by removing Special Service Tool: 09325-40010 from the transmission space. Next step is to push the yoke into the transmission. Install the center support bearing on its mount but do it using two bolts and position the drain hole to face down. The installation of both flanges requires alignment of their matchmarks followed by the attachment with 4 bolts, washers and nuts which should be torqued to 88 Nm (897 kgf-cm, 65 ft. lbs.) for all models except Double-Cab. To complete the assembly of Double-Cab Double-cab model use matchmarked flanges to join the components with 4 washers and nuts before tightening all nuts to 88 Nm (897 kgf-cm, 65 ft. lbs.). With the vehicle empty, modify the center support bearing to meet specified angles and verify that center bearing lines remain between 6.0 plus or minus 1.0 mm (0.236 plus or minus 0.039 inch) parallel in vehicle length direction before torquing the 2 bolts to 40 Nm (410 kgf-cm, 30 ft. lbs.).
