  A: The radiator replacement begins by draining the coolant followed by hose inlet and outlet disconnecting and subsequently disconnecting No. 1 oil cooler inlet and outlet hoses. The procedure begins by taking out the front bumper cover followed by the air cleaner cap sub-assembly along with the air cleaner filter element sub-assembly, No. 2 air cleaner inlet and air cleaner case, air cleaner bracket and No. 1 air cleaner inlet. The hood lock release lever protector has 4 claws that need releasing before removing the hood lock assembly through its 3 bolts. First connect the horn connectors to a different power source then detach the 5 bolts securing the radiator support sub-assembly upper. Detach the fan shroud through hose removal of the engine coolant reservoir and fan motor connector and subsequent bolt extraction. Start by removing 3 bolts for each radiator support sub-assembly upper LH and RH followed by taking out the radiator support sub-assembly lower LH and RH with their respective 3 bolts and ending the procedure by removing the radiator. Begin by installing the radiator before adding the bottom LH support piece that requires a bolt torque set to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.) for Bolt A while Bolt B reaches 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.). Install the bottom RH support piece with matching torque specifications then proceed with the installation of upper LH and RH supports through their respective three bolts maintaining the same torque values. Begin installation of the fan shroud using 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.) torque and follow it by installing the radiator support sub-assembly upper with the same torque value. Begin by installing the hood lock assembly at 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.), then apply 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.) for the progression to No. 1 air cleaner inlet, air cleaner bracket, air cleaner case, No. 2 air cleaner inlet, ending with air cleaner cap sub-assembly installation. Conduct an adjustment of the hood sub-assembly before adding coolant to check for leakage.
