  A: The radiator NO.2 replacement starts by draining coolant before removing the radiator hose inlet and outlet followed by disconnecting oil cooler hose NO.1 inlet and outlet. Start by removing the front bumper cover and then proceeding to take off the air cleaner cap sub-assembly along with air cleaner filter element sub-assembly and air cleaner inlet NO.2 and air cleaner case and air cleaner bracket and air cleaner inlet NO.1. Starting by releasing four claws from the hood lock release lever protector you can then continue with removing the three bolts to take out the hood lock assembly. To detach the radiator support sub-assembly upper start by unplugging the horn connectors before removing its 5 bolts. You can remove the fan shroud after disconnecting engine coolant reservoir hose and fan motor connector followed by unfastening 4 bolts. Start by removing the 3 bolts from each side of the radiator support sub-assembly upper LH and RH before proceeding to remove the lower LH and RH sub-assembly by taking out the 3 bolts. You need to install the new NO.2 radiator and secure the radiator support sub-assembly lower by fastening it with 3 bolts while torquing Bolt A to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.) and Bolt B to 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.). Use 3 bolts to install the radiator support sub-assembly upper LH and upper RH components while maintaining the same specific torque values. You must install the fan shroud together with radiator support sub-assembly upper, securing the components at 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.). Assemble the hood lock first and tighten it to 8.0 Nm torque before adding air cleaner inlet NO.1 then the air cleaner bracket then the air cleaner case and finally air cleaner inlet NO.2 before putting on the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.
