  A: The first step to change the NO.2 RADIATOR ASSY requires draining coolant followed by disconnection of radiator inlet hose and outlet hose while removing oil cooler inlet hose NO.1 and outlet hose NO.1. Begin the radiator replacement by disassembling the front bumper cover together with air cleaner cap sub-assy, air cleaner filter element sub-assy, air cleaner inlet NO.2, air cleaner case and air cleaner bracket and air cleaner inlet NO.1. Then you must kick loose the 4 claws holding the hood lock release lever protector so you can freely remove the hood lock assembly by pulling out its three bolts. Begin with the radiator support sub-assy upper removal by disconnecting horn connectors along with the removal of its 5 bolts. Disconnect the engine coolant reservoir hose and fan motor connector before removing the fan shroud by taking out its 4 bolts. The installation of the new radiator begins with removing 3 bolts from each of the radiator support sub-assy upper LH and RH sections. After installing the hood lock assembly with 8.0 Nm torque (82 kgf-cm equivalent, 71 inch lbs.) the service technician should replace air cleaner inlet NO.1, air cleaner bracket, air cleaner case, air cleaner inlet NO.2 and air cleaner cap sub-assy.
