Before installation you should use pliers to detach the cooler dryer. Reassembly of the cooler dryer is done by first putting the modulator cap back on with the help of pliers followed by installing a new O-ring. Before reconnecting the cap to the modulator apply ND-OIL 11 as the only acceptable oil type because alternate products may compromise compressor motor insulation and result in electric power leakage. The end of the installation requires a 14 mm hexagon wrench to tighten the cap to the modulator while maintaining a torque force of 2.9 N.m (30 kgf.cm, 25 in.lbf).
