How to service the torsion bar spring on 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser?

To service the torsion bar spring, take out the front wheel and engine under cover and then the torsion bar spring. Take dimensions to be used when re-installing. Unscrew the anchor arm bolt, take off the parts and attach the new torsion bar spring. Install the engine, front wheel under cover and have it properly aligned and adjusted in height.
