How to replace the No.2 LH Control Arm on 2006 Toyota Camry?

The first step to replace No.2 LH suspension arm includes taking out the rear wheel combined with exhaust pipe assembly center and the rear stabilizer bar. Unfasten rear suspension arm assemblies No.1 LH and RH as a first step before moving on to rear suspension arm assemblies No.2 LH and RH and finally remove the rear strut rod assembly. The next step involves removing the rear suspension member sub-assembly and the rear suspension arm assembly No.2 LH by disconnecting its inner side bolt followed by loosening of the outer side bolt and nut from the rear axle carrier while maintaining the nut fixed position. Fully position the rear suspension arm No.2 LH according to the illustration before torquing the inner side bolt to 100 Nm (1,020 kgf-cm, 74 ft. lbs.). The installation sequence starts with the rear suspension member sub-assembly followed by temporary fastening of rear suspension arm assemblies No.1 LH and RH together with No.2 LH and RH and the rear strut rod assembly. Install the rear stabilizer bar afterward raise the rear axle carrier using a wood block for suspension stabilization while making sure the bolt of suspension arm assembly No.1 (vehicle side) points directly at the center of the rear axle hub horizontally. Follow up by fully tightening the rear suspension arm assemblies No.1 LH and RH, No.2 LH and RH along with the rear strut rod assembly. Plugin and tighten the exhaust pipe assembly center with the rear wheel after inspecting its alignment while applying 103 Nm torque.
