  A: The first step for heater radiator assembly replacement requires cable removal from the battery terminal followed by a minimum 90-second wait period to deactivate Air Bag systems and seat belt pretensioners. First remove engine coolant at drain points before releasing refrigerant from the system and then disconnect suction hose sub-assembly and liquid tube sub-assembly to heater water inlet hose and heater water outlet hose by using pliers to release the inlet hose clip.
