  A: Service and repair of the radiator cooling fan motor starts with removing the No. 1 cooling fan through a process which includes taking the LH engine under cover off and disconnecting the upper radiator hose and radiator reservoir then disconnecting both No. 1 and No. 2 cooling fan connectors until two bolts holding the No. 1 cooling fan assembly can be removed. The service on the No. 2 cooling fan requires disconnecting its connector followed by removal of three bolts for complete fan extraction. Install the No. 1 cooling fan by first fastening it with 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 45 inch lbs.) two bolts and then reattach its connector and reinstall the radiator reservoir before reconnecting the upper radiator hose before finally reinstalling the LH engine under cover. The No. 2 cooling fan must be installed with three bolts adjusted to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 45 inch lbs.) followed by attaching the No. 2 cooling fan connector.
