How to replace the steering angle sensor on 2005 Toyota Avalon?

In order to substitute the steering angle sensor, follow the Restraints Systems and Service Precautions. Unscrew the negative battery terminal and make the front tires straight. Take off steering wheel assembly, horn button assembly and steering wheel cover. Install new steering sensor making sure of a secure engagement. Replace parts and reset battery.
