A person must start by removing the four bolts which secure the rear section of the engine under cover assembly. The removal of manifold stay No. 2 depends on the extraction of three bolts. The wire harness needs removal from the cylinder block through removal of the bolt. For the starter assembly work you need to disconnect terminal 50 connector before removing the retaining nut to free the wire harness from terminal 30 and then unfasten both supporting bolts from the starter assembly. The new starter assembly must be secured using 2 bolts which require torquing to 37 N.m (377 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf). After this, wire harness installation to terminal 30 requires a nut with a torque setting of 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf) followed by terminal 50 attachment to the starter assembly. Add the cylinder block wire harness before securing its bolt with 13 N.m (133 kgf.cm, 10 ft.lbf) torque. 1. Install manifold stay No. 2 using 3 bolts that require torquing to 40 N.m (408 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf) values before installing the 4 bolts on the engine under cover assembly rear at a torque setting of 29 N.m (296 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf).
