How to replace the Fuel Pressure Regulator Assembly on 2005 Scion tC?

When replacing the Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper Assembly the fuel system pressure must be discharged, and the battery must be disconnected. Take off engine cover and air cleaner cover. Cut off fuel tube, keep it clean and wipe off damper. Install damper, check connections, and re-install.
