  A: The first step to replace the Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper Assembly involves discharging fuel system pressure and disconnecting the battery negative terminal. First remove both Engine Cover Sub-assembly No.1 as well as the Air Cleaner Cap Sub-assembly. Detach the fuel pressure pulsation damper assembly by unfastening fuel tube from the fuel hose clamp followed by removing fuel pipe clamp No. 2. Special Service Tool: 09268-21010 helps disconnect the fuel tube from the fuel delivery pipe by placing the fuel tube connector into the tool while aligning the retainer with the tool's chamfer until clicking occurs. Check for all foreign objects on the connector before placing the disconnected part in a vinyl bag. Remove the two bolts in order to detach the fuel pulsation damper.
