  A: The service and repair of Radiator Cooling Fan Motor starts with removing the tool box along with luggage compartment trim box cover followed by disconnecting the electric cooling fan. First disconnect both electric cooling fan connectors before taking out the two bolts and two nuts and two spare wheel carrier extensions. Complete the removal by removing the two bolts which hold the electric fan in place. First remove the nut followed by the fan after disconnecting the wire from the fan shroud together with the connector holder before removing the 3 screws to uninstall the fan motor. Install fan motor by tightening 3 screws at 2.55 Nm torque then fix the wire and connector holder on the fan shroud. Fasten the fan using the nut while applying a torque of 6.18 Nm (63 kgf-cm, 55 inch lbs.). To install the electric cooling fan use 2 bolts and apply 5 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.) torque before connecting the 2 spare wheel carrier extensions which need 2 bolts along with 2 nuts at 8 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 70 inch lbs.) torque and then reconnect the 2 electric cooling fan connectors. Put back the luggage compartment trim box cover and tool box as the last step.
