To substitute the universal joint, take out the propeller shaft, indicate positions and release the sleeve yoke. Removal of extract snap rings and spider bearings: Special Service Tool: 09332-25010.Install new snap rings and bearings and no axial play. Lastly, matchmarks are to be aligned and the smooth movement and axial play of the spider bearing is to be checked.
