Start by removing the package tray trim as well as the luggage compartment mat followed by the rear deck trim cover and the deck trim side panel. The three nuts require removal in order to detach both the rear lower suspension arm as well as the rear shock absorber at which point a torque of 80 Nm (816 kgf-cm, 59 ft. lbs.) should be applied. The installation process should start with reverse steps of removal with an additional step to verify rear wheel alignment upon completion.
