The next step involves brake fluid drainage through a container when disconnecting the flexible hose after removing its union bolt and 2 gaskets from the caliper while torquing the connection to 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.). First remove the caliper by uninstalling its 2 installation bolts which should be torqued at 34 Nm (350 kgf-cm, 25 ft. lbs.) before disconnecting the caliper from the torque plate. First remove 2 brake pads together with anti-squeal shims from their location and 2 pad support plates following. The installation procedure requires following the reverse order of removal steps including brake fluid addition to the reservoir and system bleeding before checking for fluid leakage.
