First remove the radiator grille along with the Air Bag sensor front LH by using a screwdriver to detach its 2 bolts followed by connector disconnection. The front LH Air Bag sensor requires an inspection before reinstallation. Start sensor installation when both the ignition switch shows OFF and the battery negative terminal stays unconnected for 90 seconds until the operation begins. The front Air Bag sensor LH needs to be secured with its 2 bolts which should be tightened to 7.5 N.m (76 kgf.cm, 66 in.lbf) before reattaching the connector to the Air Bag sensor front LH and checking for any connector play. Examine the SRS warning light as the last step.
