The service requires removal of the clutch release cylinder assembly by first removing its securing bolts. The first step involves removing the union bolt as well as the clutch release union and two gaskets in sequence. Start by disassembling the clutch release cylinder kit by taking away the boot and push rod along with the piston from the cylinder body while protecting the internal components from damage. You must take away both the bleeder plug cap and spring from the bleeder plug. Proceed by installing the bleeder plug first then move to installing the clutch release cylinder kit by attaching the bleeder plug cap followed by new spring addition before greasing the new piston with lithium soap base glycol grease and finishing with push rod and boot installation.
