How to replace the cigarette lighter assembly on 2004 Scion xA?

In order to change the cigarette lighter assembly, loosen the negative connection in the battery. Take out the instrument cluster finish panels, and the front ash receptacle. to remove the cigarette lighter assembly, disconnect the claws. To install, line up the socket with the notch and slide the assembly into place and reinstall the knob.
