Separate the speed sensor connector as well as its resin clip. The process of sensor extraction begins with removing clamp bolts securing the harness to body and shock absorber with 5.5 Nm torque force before detaching the front speed sensor from its steering knuckle by applying 8.0 Nm torque force to the installation bolt. Check that the sensor surface and the knuckle where the sensor bolt will be situated remain free of foreign matter before setting the sensor flat against the knuckle during bolt tightening. After following the reverse order of removal when installing the front speed sensor you should check its signal output during the installation process.
