How to replace the Front Wheel Speed Sensor (SPEED SENSOR FRONT LH) on 2003 Toyota Highlander?

The first step to replace the Front Wheel Speed Sensor (SPEED SENSOR FRONT LH) requires initial removal of the front wheel alongside the front fender liner LH. The first step is to disconnect the speed sensor connector and remove two clamp bolts which hold the sensor harness and clamp to both body and shock absorber. After unwiring the speed sensor FR LH you will need to remove both its bolt and the sensor itself yet maintain constant vigilance against foreign debris attaching to the sensor tip. The new speed sensor FR LH should be installed using a bolt that you should fasten at 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.) but make sure no foreign matter touches the sensor tip.
