  A: Choke any fuel leaks by containing them with a vessel while you remove both the air cleaner hose and intake air connector and fuel pressure regulator and fuel inlet pipe. The service begins with removal of the fuel pipe while pulling out injector connectors and then follows delivery pipe removal and injector extraction with careful handling of both attachments. After removing four bolts you can separate delivery pipes and six injectors together with two O-rings and two grommets that need removal from each injector. As a first step for installation insert new insulators onto each injector while applying light petroleum oil or gasoline to two fresh O-rings prior to installing them on each device. Secure the fuel inlet pipe using the union along with two new gaskets and clamp the bolt to 8 N.m torque while tightening the union bolt to 34.3 N.m. Fitting the fuel pressure regulator involves inspecting air assist lines and connections for loose parts or damaged sections before installing the intake air connector and air cleaner hose while checking for any fuel leakages.
