Vehicle maintenance for the coil spring on RZN191L-TRPDKAB, RZN196L-CRPDKAB, PZN196L-PRPDKAB, VZN195L-CRPDKAB, VZN195-PRPDKAB starts with front wheel removal at 110 Nm (1,150 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.). Torque. Start by disconnecting the stabilizer bar link by unfastening the nut to which torque should reach 90 Nm (920 kgf-cm, 66 ft. lbs.). The shock absorber needs to be disconnected by lowering the suspension arm after you remove the lower nut and washer with the specified torque of 135 Nm (1,400 kgf-cm, 101 ft.lbs). Start by sustaining the upper suspension arm and steering knuckle while disconnecting the lower ball joint nut using a torque of 140 Nm (1,450 kgf-cm, 103 ft. lbs.). Additionally tighten the nut up to 60 degrees in case the cotter pin holes exist off alignment. Use the 09628-62011 Special Service Tool to detach the lower ball joint from the lower suspension arm while protecting it and position the cotter pin hole toward the front of the installation. Use matchmarks on the adjusting cams before undoing all components including the nuts and bolt which will be tightened to 130 Nm (1,325 kgf-cm, 96 ft. lbs.). To finish installation of the No. 1 and No. 2 spring bumpers use Special Service Tool: 09922-10010 along with a torque of 23 Nm (235 kgf-cm, 17 ft. lbs.) and a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 345 mm (13.58 inch). After completing reassembly the procedure should be reversed from disassembly stages while performing a front wheel alignment verification.
