  A: Start the radiator removal process by unfastening the engine under cover followed by draining engine coolant then taking off the reservoir hose and upper and lower radiator hoses along with A/T oil cooler hoses from the radiator. The first step is to remove the No.2 fan shroud which requires unclipping two components before moving onto the radiator assembly that has its four bolts removed. Use Special Service Tool 09230-01010 to plugging the inlet and outlet pipes while applying pressure of 147 kPa (1.5 kgf/cm2, 21 psi) with a radiator cap tester to check for water leaks.
